Windows open to the outside, with a small balcony for plants. Washer installed in unit.

We have also upgraded the cookware in this unit to Tramotina so you are not struggling with scratched non-stick pans as sometimes happens elsewhere.

Bedroom includes king-size bed to sleep two. Living room includes twin sofa bed to sleep one additional.

Other things to note
This unit is set up for corporate visitors who need a comfortable place to live and work. There are some giant buildings in the city, but I like that fact that this unit is in a smaller, more human scale, building.

Being on the 6th floor makes it practical to use the stairs for more exercise if you wish, and is safer in the event of a power outage.

Note that while you can wash clothes on the unit, we generally dry on a hanging rack on the balcony. If you want a tumble dryer, the building has coin-operated ones on the 5th and 7th floor.

There is a television in the unit with a Roku device, but most people use their own devices via the provided router.

Spare router on-site available as a backup.
