Three one-bedroom and one studio apartment (cca. 25 m2 each) are on the ground floor of the house.
The maximum capacity of each apartment is three adults or two adults with two children up to 12 years old.
The third person or two children, sleep on the couch in the living room. The couch in each of the apartments can be easily converted into spacious bed approx. 1.90 m x 1.20 m.
Each apartment has its own parking space in front of the house, separate entrance, shaded terrace with furniture, a bedroom with a double-bed, a kitchen with dining area and living room in one larger room, as well as bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning, wi-fi internet, satellite TV, safe box, bed linen, towels, pots, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, kitchen towels, cutlery and kettle are standard equipment of each apartment.
Washing machine in the laundry room is available to guests (see LAUNDRY on the floor plan).
