While just under 500 square feet, the space is smartly laid out to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests without feeling cramped.

This condo is essentially a cozy beach apartment — designed for making the most of your time on the island. Whether you're here for a quick weekend reset or a longer stay, it’s a simple, comfortable place to unwind and enjoy the coast.
The entire inside of the condo is available to you except for one locked closet where I keep extra supplies.
Kick off your shoes, get comfy, and make yourself at home. Peek behind doors and in cabinets and get familiar with the space. It’s yours for your stay.
Please use the designated platform for communication, except in urgent situations where a phone call is necessary.
I am generally available to respond to messages from 8 am to 9 pm, including weekends and holidays. If you contact me outside these hours, I will address your message the following day. Managing multiple listings is a responsibility I uphold, and this approach helps maintain organization.

Managed Condo Property
This condo is located within The Victorian, a managed condominium property on the Seawall. Guests will check in at the front desk upon arrival.
A resort fee (currently $40, or $80 for extended stays) is paid directly to the front desk at check-in. This provides access to on-site amenities, including pools, hot tubs, and parking passes.
Property Guidelines
This is a privately owned condo within a shared community. Please be respectful of other owners and guests during your stay. On-site security is available if needed.
Supplies
We provide starter supplies to get your stay going, including:
Toilet paper
Basic soap
Additional items such as paper towels, toiletries, or extra supplies can be picked up at nearby stores. A Walmart is conveniently located close by.
Smoking & Pets
Smoking and pets are not permitted. Guests who cannot comply should consider alternative accommodations.
A Private Home
This is a privately owned home, not a hotel. While we work hard to keep everything in great condition, occasional maintenance needs or minor issues can arise.
