We are 25-35 min from Big white in winter depending on weather conditions. Wild Play for the kids or teens is only a 10 min drive away.. Or check out the Wine tours, Beaches or shop and many other places in the Okanogan all only 25-35 min away. Then return to relax and watch the stars, sit by the fire, read a good book and relax in the private hot tub..The Perfect Paradise.. We hope you will Love it as much as we do, and want to share that experience with others...this is not a brand new cottage but has many updates..a true diamond in the rough.

Kayaks are available on side of shed
mountain bikes can be used free of charge (deposit required for bikes of 200.00) Which you get back on return as soon as done with them, upon request summer only... 2 sets of snowshoes available upon request.
There is only 1 bathroom with a stand up shower. No cable/ or Tv.. usage of starlink wifi Data is available ....This cottage is just over 1000 sq feet..primary heat is wood stove..we supply wood and kindling. 1 room is locked off for storage. No washer/dryer

Other things to note
It can be rough driveway depending on time of year . Its dirt/ long and hilly driveway..over 1 klm long and shared Easement at beginning of driveway with our neighbor with 2 gates Please drive slow until pass his house and garage.If have 4x4 you can use the secondary driveway (its steep) ..its steeper but smoother

...IN Winter Good/newer AWD & winter tires is a Must due to snow, ice and hilly driveway. In winter December to April 15th. We Recommend carry chains if tires are less then 70% tread.. good to have unless you want to hike the driveway up a whole klm.( only 1 of our guest had to walk up in winter cause their tires were inadequate)

Water is on a nature spring and goes through a filter when entering the house but it’s fine to cook with and make coffee ect. There is a water 5 gallon water cooler for your drinking water.

Wood stove is heat for winter months..wood and kindling provided
