About this place

This charming cottage has a modern magical garden feel. Walk to College Ave shops, restaurants and boutiques. Soak in hot tub. We call it "the Oasis" because it's like a tropical vacation right in the backyard.

Hot tub is shared between 3 separate guest houses on the property. Free street parking 1/2 a block away along Alcatraz Ave.

The space
375 square feet with one bedroom (queen bed) with French doors opening to hot tub area. Full kitchen, living room with French doors to deck, and bathroom with large shower.

Guest access
The garden is shared with a studio (if occupied) and the main house.
The studio can be booked as well (pictured above with red door) to offer an additional bedroom for family or friends!

Other things to note
The main house is occupied by the property manager. There is a garage with washer/dryer available for longer stays.
