Roscoe Ridge is a single level ranch style home on a quiet street not too far from town. It is just five minutes from Sunset Marina, fifteen minutes from Star Point Resort, and 20 minutes to Eagle Cove Marina. Or 25 minutes from Lake Cumberland!

Our home has a cozy living room complete with a SmartTV and Roku, books, and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to feel right at home preparing your family meals. We have a 12-cup coffee maker (cone filters provided), Keurig, toaster, electric griddle, blender, hand mixer, dishes and utensils, kid-friendly plates/cups/bowls/utensils, and a crockpot for those days you want an easy meal. We provide a starter set of paper towels and laundry detergent.

The dining room has an extendable table, and we have a portable high chair tucked away in Guest Room closet for your use. The stacked washer and dryer are also located off the dining room for guest use.

Bathroom has a shower/tub, two sinks and hairdryer. We provide bath towels, hand towels, washcloths shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Beach towels also available during June, July, and August upon request.

Master bedroom has a king bed and guest bedroom has a queen bed both with pillows, linens and extra blankets. In the bunk room are full size bunks with pillows, linens, and extra blankets. A small assortment of toys and children's books are available.

The covered patio has outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and is an awesome place to just kick back and chill after a day out on the lake or hiking in nearby trails!

Roscoe Ridge has central heat and air and can be used year-round (high and low limits apply on the thermostat).

Property secured with outdoor camera system. Tampering, covering or disconnecting cameras will result in immediate termination of reservation without refund. Basement is locked with no guest access and is for owners only.

This a NON-SMOKING house. Any violation of this rule will result in termination of reservation without refund. You may smoke and vape in the driveway ONLY and cigarette butts must be discarded in the specific butt container. Smoking indoors, on the back deck or in the patio area will incur a $500 smoke cleaning fee.

NO animals, no exceptions. Any violation of this rule will result in termination of reservation without refund and may include forfeiting the damage deposit.

It should be noted there are two steps into the home from both the front entrance and patio entrance.
