2nd FLOOR KING Room & Private Bath for BCR Guests ONLY

Jason & Erin Wilson open their home to Bear Creek Ranch attendees on retreat weekends. This KING guest room is only available to retreat attendees and attendance and registration will be verified before confirmation of a booking is given. This guest room with it's own private full bathroom tub/show combo is offered on the SECOND FLOOR of their home about 2 miles from Bear Creek Ranch.

This home is a shared space with Jason & Erin Wilson (Tim & Katie Mather's oldest daughter) and their family. There's two well behaved dogs in the home, a small shihtzu mix and a med sized hound dog. They are crated during the day and the Wilson's are home to put them away when guests arrive. This is a large home on acreage with a shared kitchen and shared screen porch. Most of the retreat guests are at the ranch about two miles away and are more than welcome to come and go. A keypad code will be given for check in and being able to come and go. Check in will be in person so that the dogs are outside in our fenced yard upon check in. There are two small grocery stores within 5 miles of this home. The first is a Dollar General at the corner of Fincher Rd 108/Hwy 20 (in between the ranch and this home) and the second is about one minute passed the Ranch is a Chevron gas station with a complete grocery store.

The bedroom has a comfortable KING bed, two nightstands, a side table and mirror for getting ready and a closet for use for hang up clothes. The room has a basket of snacks, kleenex, alarm clock, hooks for towels, etc. The bedroom has a private door to the private full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is reserved only for guests of the KING room. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and a box fan for comfort and is under heating & air conditioning.

There are two other bedrooms/baths in this home that are also rented to ONLY Bear Creek Ranch guests during various retreat weekends. If you need to book more than one room, please reach out before booking the second room for a multi-room discount code.

ONLY attendees/alumni of Bear Creek Ranch will be allowed to book this guest suite and registration with BCR will be verified before confirmation is provided.
