New! Stunning 4 bedroom/3.5 bath townhome in the Peninsula community. The spacious floorplan includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and dining room table seats eight. Primary bedrooms on the first and second floor both include king size beds, smart TVs, and en suite bathrooms. With high-speed Wifi, login to your accounts and stream your favorite shows. We will provide linens and bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.

This townhouse is a short walk to the indoor, outdoor and wave pools, miniature golf, fitness center with weight room, hot tubs, sauna, spa, game room, tennis, pickle-ball, sand volleyball and golf. To access the Peninsula's amenities, renters can purchase guest passes at the athletic club. Please inquire for up-to-date pricing. Note: the amenity fees are not included in the rental.

ABOUT THE PENINSULA:

Enjoy a resort vacation, full of amenities for both kids and adults. The Peninsula is a private, gated waterfront community offering world-class amenities including a championship golf experience, a full-service spa, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, an outdoor wave pool, a professionally designed tennis (4 Premier & 2 Har-Tru courts) and pickleball venue (6 courts), lighted basketball courts, a mini-golf course, large kids game room, state-of-the-art fitness center, the Terrace Grille, 33,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and more! Guests will have access to the world-renowned private Jack Nicklaus golf course ranked as a top course in Delaware (extra fee applies). There are also water sports on the bay through paddle board and kayak rentals. The Peninsula also has its own 225 acre protected Nature Reserve with boardwalk, trails, a nature center, private beach, and bay access. The outdoor pools are only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year, but the other amenities are available year-round.

To access the Peninsula's amenities, renters can purchase guest passes at the athletic club (prices below). Extra fees may apply for certain activities.

ATHLETIC CLUB & POOL AMENITY FEES 2025- please inquire for up-to-date pricing. Of note, the fitness and pool facilities are closed to renters before 10:00 a.m. and on Saturdays between Memorial and Labor Day.

Week Pass - $125/ age 16+ and $85/ age 6-15

Day Pass (price per day)- $30/ age 16+ and $20/ age 6-15

These fees exclude golf fees. Tennis and pickleball courts must be reserved prior to use with a $10 charge for in season and $5 for off season. This will allow 90 to 120 minutes of court time. Max 2 reservations per day.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

--The Peninsula requires submission of the Gatehouse Registration Form 10 days prior to rental start with all guests listed. Please let us know if your booking window has passed to check if we are able to accommodate.

--This property does not allow pets.

--The Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.

--There is a seven night minimum stay (Saturday to Saturday) from Memorial to Labor Day, and a three night minimum in the off-season.

The Neighborhood:

The Peninsula is located on the Indian River Bay and is less than 15 miles from Rehoboth and Lewes beaches, Tanger Factory Outlets, and an array of fine dining options. Grocery options, including Harris Teeter and Giant, are just two miles away from the home. On-site dining is available at the Peninsula Clubhouse as well pool-side at the Terrace Grille and Cabana Bar.
