As a guest, you can enjoy access to the entire “Plane to Sea” beach house, including the laundry room, free wifi, a sandy backyard, Smart TVs, a full kitchen & games. You can also enjoy access to the Park’s Edge community pool, 25 miles of walking, running and biking trails at the state park and private deeded access to the beach nearby.

The property is managed by Chris and Melissa and are available when needed.

"Plane to Sea" is located in Park's Edge, a quiet, family friendly community in Orange Beach, Alabama. The community has private deeded beach access a short 6 minute walk away & direct, private access to the Gulf State Park. Residents & guests may also enjoy the beautiful community pool that is located directly in front of the home & has pool seating and restrooms for convenience.

Guests can drive into the community on the beautiful brick streets and park in the driveway or just off the street on the gravel in front of the house. "Plane to Sea" guests can take advantage of the bikes provided during their stay or enjoy the beautiful walking access provided throughout the community and city of Orange Beach. Unique to the Park's Edge community is the convenient and scenic direct access to the 25+ miles of walking/running/biking trails of the Gulf State Park. Guests can also take advantage of the short 5-minute walk to the private deed beach access or if preferred, there are many drive=able beach access points nearby.

ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.

RULES
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the pool, area ponds, lakes and ocean.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM.
✔ We kindly ask you to treat our property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or damage deposit.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation.

NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.

PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.

NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner, hosts, and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner, hosts, and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area.

WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, alligators, lizards, deer, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is close to a forested area, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
