Character, wildlife abounds, a nicely decorated home, old and new combine with quality pieces, modern touches, and water views!

The space
Super-clean with thorough housekeeping between guests. Regularly updated, well-maintained, stylish, both modern and antique with quality furnishings collected over decades. Cozy seaside location with tidal breezes, South facing near the waters' edge. Luxury medium-firm king bed with fine linens. Two double beds in guest room. A third open area serves as place to setup provided cots for extra sleeping.

Guest access
Entire private cottage-style home. We make every effort to stand apart from other rentals that are still owner occupied somewhere on site, or sparsely equipped. This property is reminiscent of summer in Cape Cod to us, and we hope it will be to you as well. Please enjoy the 2 acre seaside lot.

Other things to note
This is a 200 year old house with common quirks: steps in floor, low bead board ceilings, stone wall foundation, window ACs. Lots of nature outside including bugs, so keep lights low and screens closed at night.
