A third open area serves as place to setup provided cots for extra sleeping.

Entire private cottage-style home. We make every effort to stand apart from other rentals that are still owner occupied somewhere on site, or sparsely equipped. This property is reminiscent of summer in Cape Cod to us, and we hope it will be to you as well. Please enjoy the 2 acre seaside lot.

Other things to note
This is a 200 year old house with common quirks: steps in floor, low bead board ceilings, stone wall foundation, window ACs. Lots of nature outside including bugs, so keep lights low and screens closed at night.
