This is a single family home. There are no shared walls or other renters on the property.

✔ We do not have AC; most coastal homes do not. Each room has a fan and windows for that cool ocean breeze.

In accordance with our insurance policy, city permit, and commitment to being respectful neighbors, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Violating this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
