Wake to the sun lifting over Center Hill Lake, coffee in hand, from your own modern tree-house on a private, wooded acre. The Little Lake House pairs designer interiors with honest-to-goodness nature—then sweetens the deal by covering the Airbnb guest service fee so the nightly rate you see is the rate you pay.
Effortless Water Access: You are 5 minute walk (400 yards) or a 1-minute drive from the public boat launch, as well as from swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding and fishing - or finding a quiet spot to swim along the shoreline. Skip the marina crowds and be on the water in minutes.

Getting on the Water
You have two great options right at your fingertips.
1. The Local Launch: Puckett Point
Just a 5-minute walk/1 minute drive from the house!
Directions: Take a right out of the driveway and head to the end of the road. Well maintained paved ramp with free paved parking.
The Vibe: This is the perfect spot to launch your boat, kayak, or paddleboard. It’s also a great local "hidden gem" for a quick swim or an afternoon of fishing.
Note: This is a public "put in" point with no dock, so it's best for those who prefer a quick, natural entry to the water.
2. The Full-Service Spot: Hurricane Marina
A short 10 minute drive from the house.
Amenities: This is a premier marina on the lake. It's home to a great restaurant, a ship store for snacks and supplies, and full restroom facilities.
Rentals: If you didn't bring your own boat, this is where you can rent premium pontoons and water toys to make the most of your stay.
Good to Know
• One dog up to 30 lbs—or two totaling 50 lbs—welcome with a $60/pet fee. Larger pets considered with prior approval. Crate required if unattended; pet fee doesn’t cover damage.
• No parties, large gatherings, or unregistered guests; quiet hours 10 p.m.–8 a.m.
• Rural lake life means seasonal changes in water levels, wildlife, insects, and utilities; these are outside our control.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for weather, illness, or other unexpected events.
