Welcome to Le Vogue, a charming apartment in the heart of the Carmes district, one of Toulouse's most sought-after neighbourhoods. This cozy flat on the second floor of a quiet residence hosts up to six guests with its bedroom, mezzanine sleeping loft and convertible sofa. The living room features exposed Toulouse brick walls and a decorative fireplace, while the fully equipped open kitchen makes dining in effortless. The Carmes metro is a five-minute walk, placing Capitole and the Garonne within easy reach.

The Space:
Le Vogue occupies the second floor of a secure residence on Rue Espinasse, a quiet street steps from the lively Place des Carmes and its daily covered market. The apartment spans roughly sixty-eight square metres and is bathed in natural light.

The main living area centres on a spacious salon with exposed brick walls, a decorative fireplace, a dining table seating six, comfortable armchairs and a flat-screen TV with high-speed fibre Wi-Fi. The adjoining open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and all necessary cookware.

The bedroom features a double bed, built-in wardrobe storage and an en-suite bathroom. A second sleeping option is the mezzanine loft above the kitchen, fitted with another double bed — please note the low ceiling height. A convertible sofa in the living room provides a third sleeping arrangement. A separate WC adds to the convenience. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please note there is no lift.

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout your stay. The mezzanine sleeping area above the kitchen has a low ceiling, so please take care when moving around. The bathroom is located within the main bedroom. Key collection requires a short ten-minute walk from the apartment, and detailed instructions are sent before your arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
This property is managed by Keytoko.homes, a professional short-term rental operator registered with the City of Toulouse. To prepare your stay, you will be asked to complete an online check-in via our chosen platform. Only essential information is required: identity of guests and a valid identity document for the lead guest. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am out of respect for our neighbours. Parties and events are not permitted.

The Neighborhood:
The Carmes district is one of Toulouse's most vibrant and authentic neighbourhoods. The Place des Carmes hosts a daily covered market brimming with local produce, and the surrounding streets are lined with independent boutiques, bakeries, wine bars and restaurants. The Capitole square and its grand theatre are a pleasant ten-minute stroll north. The Pont Neuf and the Garonne riverbanks, perfect for evening walks, lie just to the west. The Jardin des Plantes and the Natural History Museum are a short walk south-east, and the Saint-Etienne cathedral is practically next door.

Getting Around:
The Carmes metro station on line B is a five-minute walk from the apartment, connecting you to Toulouse-Matabiau train station in two stops and to Jean Jaures interchange in one stop. The nearest tram stop is about seven minutes on foot. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is roughly twenty minutes away by shuttle or taxi. The city centre is entirely walkable, with the Capitole, the Garonne riverbanks and most major sights within a fifteen-minute radius on foot.
