About this place

.Beautiful 6BR home-direct beach access, bright, spacious, super large living area,-Beautiful place, quartz counters, stainless appliances, tile and LVP flooring, very bright. Huge balconies overlooking the gulf. We have a 7 night minimum from Memorial Day thru August 7-- and some minimum requirements in spring and fall..I have an identical house right next door if you have an extra large group

The space
Large, new, vacation rental, granite, stainless, tile throughout downstairs. Bright, 30 foot balconies. 2700 sq feet---great location, direct beach access--I often require a 7 day Sat-Sat minimum. And different prices for holidays, special events, but am flexible
