Guests will have private access to the entire apartment, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and dining area.

The apartment is part of a 4-unit complex, so some exterior areas—such as the front parking area and outdoor patio—are shared with other guests. Your unit itself is fully private.

Parking: Each unit has a designated space in the front parking area that can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is available if needed—please be mindful of neighbors.

Access is provided via a smart lock, allowing for easy self check-in at your convenience.

We are available by phone or text and are just down the street if needed in person.

• Smart TVs: TVs are set up for streaming—please log into your own accounts.

• Island Environment: Being near the coast, you may occasionally see insects. Routine pest control is in place.

• Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome but must be supervised and cleaned up after.
