We - Christoph, Christine and our children Emma and Jakob - welcome you to this beautiful spot in idyllic Kauns in Tyrol!
Kauns is located at the entrance to the Kaunertal in the heart of a nature park & glacier region. Here with us you will find yourself in an almost unspoilt mountain world, close to nature and yet right in the middle of it.

Feel at home in our brand-new, high-quality furnished flat in a fantastic location with a view of the Kauner Grat!
The flat has two cosy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a living room with alpine charm, with a fully equipped kitchen including a wood-burning cooker that can be used for warmth and cosiness.
Two terraces - one covered with dining area & barbecue, the other with sun loungers & private outdoor sauna - invite you to relax.
Make your relaxation perfect! In my in-house massage practice you can treat yourself to a soothing massage and enjoy even more well-being!
Two covered car parks (carport) and a charging station for electric cars are available for you.

Our flat offers everything you need for a relaxing and active holiday amidst the impressive mountains of the Kaunergrat Nature Park.
If you are sporty, you will find a wide range of possibilities with us: wonderful hiking and biking routes, varied ski areas in the surrounding area - including the well-known "ski" destination SERFAUS-FISS-LADIS - as well as the "snow-sure" KAUNERTALER GLETSCHER. Everyone gets their money's worth here, whether you're a leisure holidaymaker or an active sports enthusiast.
