House Rules
- please book for the correct amount of people. Only people on the reservation are allowed into the apartment. Sorry no extra guests
- This is a residential building, please keep the noise level down
- check-in time is 6 pm. If booking instantly for the same day check-in time might have to be as late as 10 pm. Please message first
- Check-out time is 12 pm (noon).
$40/hour late check-out fee after 1 pm.
- no loud music/parties. No hanging out in the hallway and other common areas of the building
- $100/night smoking fee
- in your first message please provide your travel details (flight #, bus arrival time, etc) and confirm that you read the house rules.
- if you are using the kitchen please clean after yourself. Do not leave dirty dishes or crumbs
- please take all your food leftovers with you when checking out
- please keep the apartment tidy. Recycle garbage and take it downstairs by the building entrance when checking out.
- Turn off all lights and appliances such as AC when not in use suitable for children and infants, no smoking, no pets, no parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 6:00 PM.

Payment Policy
Upon confirming your reservation (excluding security deposits), your payment method will be charged. Payment can be made via PayPal or Venmo. For all reservations, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking, with the remaining 75% charged 24 hours before your arrival, at which point check-in details will be provided.

Refundable Damage Deposit
Regarding the $250 accidental property damage fee, a waiver is provided for your stay. It's essential to report any damage promptly, as repairs must be completed before the next guest arrives. For shorter stays, or in some cases, the fee may be waived or negotiated.
Cancellation Policy
Should you decide to cancel after check-in, we can discuss a proportional arrangement. However, please bear in mind that there is a 25% nonrefundable deposit.
Notes
The management attempts to take great care of our building, but as with any older structure, there may be occasional outages for maintenance. We'll do our best to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience
