Whether you are visiting Katy or Houston for the first time or relocating to the 4th largest city in America we hope you truly enjoy your stay. This one-story, 2 bedroom / 1 bath / 1 car garage sleeps up to 6 guests.

LOCATION: West Houston/Energy Corridor area in Katy. 5 min. from I-10, 5 min. from Target/Walmart; 13 to Energy Corredor, 25 min to Galleria, 30 to downtown!

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms feature queen comfortable mattress, private reading nook, dim lighting, new stylish furniture, quality clean linens and private closets. Upon requests an extra twin size bed. Bath is a shower/tub combo, includes towels, initial toiletries and a hair dryer for convenience.

LIVING/DINING: Macrame Swing for your selfie moments. Open concept, Smart-TV, relaxed chic furnishings, LP record player and a variety of LPs to reminisce. Dining room sits 6 comfortably and extra seating is by the kitchen bar if needed.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with french door refrigerator dispensing water & ice, double oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, sink garbage disposal, full set of dinnerware along, full set of cookware with barstools seating area. Coffee, dish soap & salt/pepper included.

A/C HEATING: Nest thermostat, A/C and heat for your comfort.

BACKYARD: outdoor seating/dining, fire pit area and a very large backyard for multi use activities as desired.

Make yourselves at home. Guest have access 24/7 to: Entire home & double sized backyard (except for labeled supply closet). Tranquil safe neighborhood, private garage with remote, community parks. Property is secure and has exterior video surveillance.

Guests share the space, at no additional cost, with local squirrels who prefer an audience while in play. Smart TV with access to your favorites like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Keyless entry with private access code, 3 outdoor areas for maximum relaxation, very quiet neighborhood. All bedrooms and living room equipped with fans.

Garbage days are Tuesdays and Fridays.

In regards to long term guests. If you are booking for more than 3 weeks you will be responsible for lawn mowing service as needed.

Available arrangements for weekly or bi-weekly cleaning at an additional cost during your stay.
