To comply with Greek legal and tax regulations, the booking quest is required to provide identification details prior to arrival:
- EU Citizens: Name, country, ID or passport number
- Non-EU Citizens: Name, country, passport number

TRAVEL INSURANCE

To ensure you have peace of mind, we suggest getting travel insurance for your trip. Since we follow our cancellation policy, insurance protects you against the unexpected, from medical emergencies and trip disruptions to lost or stolen luggage.

STARTER KIT

We provide a starter kit of essential supplies for up to 7 nights. For more consumables, guests are responsible for purchasing their own.

Essentials provided include coffee capsules, english & herbal tea, sugar, sweetener, coffee milk, a few 1.5ltr bottles of water. We also provide toilet paper, kitchen paper, baking paper, plastic wrap, aluminium foil, a clean sponge, a cloth, cleaning sprays, dish liquid, and trash bags for the kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, you will find dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and softener, enough for the length of your stay, as well as shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap.

TOURIST TAX

Tourist tax is included in the price. 8 euros per night (April 1. till October 31.), 2 euros per night (November 1. till March 31.).

CLEANING

You will arrive at a freshly cleaned space with complete bed linens and towels for your stay. Extra cleaning supplies, a vacuum, and laundry facilities are available in the apartment for your use.

Due to Greek government regulations, we are unable to provide ongoing cleaning services during your stay. However, if you would like additional cleaning for longer stays, we are happy to recommend professional local cleaning companies that you can contact and pay directly.

PARKING INFORMATION

Our apartment is located in an area which uses Thessaloniki’s official THESi controlled street parking system.

*Street Parking Rules*

- Where to Park: Look for parking spaces marked with white lines (blue lines are strictly for local residents).
- Paid Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 21:00) and Saturday (09:00 – 16:00). The rate is €1.70 per hour with a maximum limit of 4 hours per stay.
- Free Street Parking: Parking is completely free overnight, all day on Sundays, and during official public holidays.

*How to Pay (3 Easy Ways)*

Because the system is fully digital, you do not need to leave a paper ticket on your dashboard. You have three convenient options:

- Download the official ParkPal City Parking App (available for iOS and Android). It fully supports foreign phone numbers and international credit cards. You can drop a pin on the digital map, top up your e-wallet, and extend your parking time directly from your phone without returning to the vehicle.
- You can bypass app downloads completely. Simply scan the QR code printed on the blue street signs. It will open the secure THESi Web Payment Portal where you type in your license plate and pay instantly using a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
- At Local Kiosks & Stores (Cash or Card): Park your car and check the nearest blue THESi street sign for its unique 5-digit zone/sector code. Walk into any nearby street kiosk (Periptero) or mini-market displaying the blue THESi logo. Give the cashier your license plate number, the 5-digit code, and pay for your desired time.

*Private Garages*
If you prefer secure, hassle-free parking for your entire stay, there are several paid private indoor/outdoor parking garages just a 3- to 5-minute walk away. Daily rates typically range between €12 and €25.
