Guests are always welcome to ask the property owners for a tour of the shared outdoor amenities during their stay — a little personal touch that makes The Pinecrest Hideaway feel like more than just a booking. We truly love sharing this magical place! 🌟

Guests have private use of both studios in this cabin. Several fun amenities and farm animals (gardens, pond, playhouse, hammock, bunnies, chickens, ducks, 2 friendly dogs, and soon goats) are on the main house side of the compound. Guests are welcome to ask the owners for a tour or to use the amenities.

The owners live in the main house with their kids, so while guests may see the family, but it is up to the guests to interact with anyone.

📝 Reservation Requirements

Please carefully review all House Rules before confirming your booking.

• Early check-in and late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

• The primary guest is required to complete an electronic rental agreement on behalf of all guests prior to arrival.

• The booking guest must also complete a secure identity verification process through our trusted third-party partner, Happy Guest.

• A refundable $250 security deposit authorization may be required before check-in and will be released within 7 days following departure, provided no damages or rule violations occur.

Please note that failure to complete the required pre-arrival steps may result in cancellation of the reservation at the host's discretion.
