Ceiling fans, 3 A/Cs, 1 Satellite TV on flat screen in living room (photo shows old tv but it is a flat screen now), Ruko, 1 flat screen tv in bedroom with dvd. Fiber Optic WiFi Internet. Electric BBQ. on balcony with small table/2chairs. 1 parking spot.

Hacienda Los Cabos is a secure guarded gated community on the hill above the Sea of Cortez and the Fonatur Golf Course in an Oasis type setting. From the master bedroom views of the estuary, Sea of Cortez and bay of San Jose, the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains, and the town of San Jose and its beach are phenomenal! It's a great location!

24 hour security and individual assigned parking. Perfectly located and is only a short 10-15 minute walk to Walmart or the Mega Store or downhill to the San Jose del Cabos shops and restaurants, beach and golf courses. A bus can be taken to Cabo San Lucas, or other stops along the Corridor. It is about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. Very convenient location.

1 assigned parking spot close to door.
No Parties. No Noise. Smoking must be outdoors and away from buildings. NO smoking on balcony please.
You must be over 25 years old to rent this condo.
Looking for quiet, non smoking, pet free, drama free, employed tenants who pay their rent on time.
I do have a local manager that lives very close who speaks both Spanish and English, if needed.
