All guests are expected to treat our home with respect. If any of the rules are broken or the property is damaged, guests will forfeit their security deposit.

Guests who try to host parties will have their reservations automatically canceled with no refunds. NO smoking is allowed. Also, there are 3 security cameras monitoring the exterior of the home 24/7 to protect our guests.

Guests have full access to the home.
