** AN EASY 1/2 mile WALK ALONG COVE RD to the BEACH

This lovely home sits on over a 1/2 Acre of property in a quiet neighborhood.

At the end of the street there are trails and Water Views looking onto Cape Cod BAY, where you can see amazing Sunsets over Cape Cod Bay, hence the street name Cove View Rd.

On the 1st Floor of this lovely home is the Kitchen, Dining area, and Living Room, also on 1st floor are 2 Bedrooms and a Full Bath. The Kitchen Amenities include: Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Pot, Toaster, glassware, dishes, and lots of pots and pans, including a Lobster Pot and 6 Lobster crackers (to crack your cooked lobsters open)

On the 2nd Floor is the Master Bedroom with the 2nd Full Bath with a walk-in shower, also on the 2nd floor is a loft area with a Sofa, chairs, and a 2nd TV to use as a second Living Room.

It’s just a 1/2 mile walk to either Burton Baker Beach or Omaha Road Beach and just another 1/4 mile further is the most loved Indian Neck Beach. Our National Seashore Beaches Marconi + Cahoon Hallow Beach on the Ocean Side of Wellfleet are just a few minutes drive away, where you can enjoy watching the Surfers Surf while relaxing on the beach or spend the evening watching entertainment at “The Beach Comer”
Note: A National seashore beach pass can be used by on any national seashore, Beach, on CAPE COD as EASTHAM, WELLFLEET, TURO, PROVINCETOWN.

It’s just a short 1/2 mile walk to the local Cape Cod FLEX BUS. THE CCRTA FLEX BUS is $3.00.each way . FREE TO ALL. ON Fridays ,Kids Always ride the buses free. Flex Bus runs once an hr. A Flex bus will do a Door to Door Pickups and Drop offs when available, with a prior day notice. I.e. a pick up at the house them off to Provincetown or ORLEANS. FLEX bus Travels from ProvinceTown to the Town of Harwich on Cape Cod.

Max 6 persons. No pets of any kind are allowed.

House Rules

No Smoking, unless inside the Porch.
No Pets of any kind allowed on the premises.
If a pet is detected on property tenant will be asked to leave and the lease will expire.
If additional persons are on said property, tenant and all guests will be asked to Leave
A Sample of the Rental Lease may be Requested.

Payment Policy

A 15% Deposit and signed Lease are due 7 days after booking.

Spring and Fall seasons, a renter may pay on upon their Arrival.

Off season Rates are discounted as shown.. Please PAY by personal Check with a signed lease. A signed lease is needed to buy a beach pass.

IF home is left Neat & Undamaged the $250 Security deposit is returned in Full 5 days after Departure.

Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT is not RETURNED if your Reservation is Cancelled less than 10 days before arrival date, unless another date is Booked.
