Perched high above our private beach, overlooking Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown Harbor, you’ll feel right at home at 6 Mary’s Way.
With a fully appointed modern kitchen and accommodations for up to 16, you’ll have everything you need to prepare your own feast, or better yet, we can help arrange a local chef to come and do the work for you.
While your meal is being prepped, the deck is the perfect place to relax and take in the view. From The Pilgrim monument to the Bourne Canal, whales, osprey, cardinals, there’s so much to see while just being still.
Located just minutes from Provincetown to the north and Chatham to the south there are endless opportunities to relax, entertain or challenge everyone in your group.
Highland Light and Golf Links, Payomet Performing Arts Center and Truro Vineyards winery are right around the corner and we can help arrange many more activities. Just ask.

Our family home was built in 1967. We began renting in 2004. Over the years guests have become friends and now friends have become family. We’ve enjoyed watching kids become parents, parents become grandparents, and babies first dips.
The view is always magnificent and inspiring. Experience our private beach, local golf course, restaurants and music venues; there’s something for everyone. We're available to help in planning your vacation or celebration.
This is the perfect secluded spot to create lasting memories, get reacquainted with family, friends, colleagues or maybe just sit and watch the sun set with Champagne and fresh Wellfleet Oysters. We look forward to welcoming you into our home.
