This spacious apartment is located within a full-service resort and features an open, light-filled layout designed for comfort and relaxation. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the living areas offer city, Intracoastal, and partial ocean views, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The modern kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, sleek finishes, and generous counter space, opening directly into the dining area with seating for six and additional bar seating for two. The adjacent living area is comfortably furnished and includes a 65-inch Smart TV, providing a perfect setting to unwind after a day at the beach or pool.

The apartment offers three well-appointed bedrooms, arranged to provide privacy and flexibility for different group sizes:

• First bedroom: Two twin beds, Smart TV, closet, private en-suite bathroom.
• Second bedroom: Queen-size bed, Smart TV, closet, full bathroom just outside the room.
• Third bedroom: King-size bed, ocean view, balcony access, walk-in closet, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and tub.

A private balcony extends the living space outdoors, offering a pleasant spot to enjoy coastal breezes and scenic views. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest convenience.

Guests enjoy full access to Beachwalk Resort amenities during their stay, subject to resort policies and operating hours. Wristbands are issued at check-in and must be worn when using all shared facilities.

Resort amenities and services include:

• Beach access & shuttle service:
Includes two lounge chairs and one umbrella per unit, available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weather permitting. The designated beach area is approximately a five-minute walk from the building. A complimentary shuttle operates daily between the resort and the beach every 15 - 20 minutes. Beach service is first-come, first-served and included in the resort fee.

• Waterfront pool:
Overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway with a spacious sundeck and loungers. Open daily from sunrise to sunset, typically from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (hours may vary).

• Fitness center:
A modern gym with cardio equipment, free weights, and strength-training machines. Open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• On-site café – Beachwalk Bistro:
Casual on-site dining serving breakfast, lunch, and light meals.

Beachwalk Resort is located in Hallandale Beach, a prime coastal area between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Guests enjoy easy access to the beach via shuttle, nearby waterfront walks along the Intracoastal, and a variety of local cafés and restaurants. Aventura Mall, one of South Florida’s top shopping and dining destinations, is just a short drive away. The neighborhood offers a relaxed beach atmosphere with convenient access to entertainment, shopping, and major attractions.

Free parking is included for one vehicle only. All vehicles need to be registered at the Management Office.

The condo is within about 7 min walking distance to the beach with free public access.

Conveniently situated near a great recreational park.
Just 5 min walking to Starbucks, many restaurants and Milam's Organic food Grocery store.

The following policies and services are in place to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for all guests. Please review them carefully before arrival.

Resort policy:

Check-in is completed at the resort’s front desk. Three days prior to arrival, guests will receive detailed instructions with all necessary information to access the property and complete the check-in process.

At check-in, the resort will collect the following fees directly:
• A security deposit of USD 250, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected (refund timing depends on your bank and typically takes 3 - 5 business days).
• A resort fee of USD 30 + tax per night, which includes access to resort amenities and beach service.
• Valet parking is available for USD 28 + tax per night. Monthly rates may be available at a lower cost.

Please note: These fees are managed by the resort and may be updated without immediate reflection on the listing.

A valid government-issued ID and a credit card are required at check-in. The name on the card must match the reservation or an accompanying guest. All guests must be 21 years or older to check in. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, and a USD 500 fine applies for violations. To help maintain indoor comfort and prevent humidity-related issues, please keep all doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is in use.

Guest convenience:

Several optional services are available for an additional fee through the guest portal:
• Early check-in may be requested for USD 100, subject to availability on the day of arrival.
• Late check-out, if available, allows up to two additional hours for USD 100 and must be requested at least one day in advance.
• A Pack ’n Play (travel crib) is available for USD 100 per stay and must be requested at least one week prior to arrival.

Due to Miami’s tropical climate, occasional insect activity may occur despite regular professional pest control treatments.
