Retired from teaching and wanted to stay in our home state of Texas, but had to keep a piece of our heart in PCB. We have owned and rented properties in PCB and Sandestin since 2015. Now, we only have one - our sweet studio at Majestic Beach. We do not want to rent out constantly because we want to spend time there as much as we can. But, would love to have some rentals along the way. You'll be staying in our vacation Hidden not a "rental" property. We will have some personal effects there.
