About Kat & Skip

We are a NW Michigan couple who love to ski, hike, golf and fish. When we are lucky enough to get away from Traverse City, we try to spend our time at Shanty Creek, in Bellaire, MI. When we can't be there, we we want someone else to enjoy our condos. That's where our guests come in. We aren't trying to get rich. We just want some help with the maintenance cost, without the headaches of a timeshare. We are also dog friendly and often bring our four legged furry friends with us. See you at the Lake View!
