Rules for no response to inquries/bookings

1. After 6 hrs: If not responded, email, Houfy message & notification is sent.

2. "Please reply within 18 hours."

3. "Request expires in 42 hours" for the booking with payment

4. After 24hrs: If not responded, listings and the account get flagged.

5. "Your account has been flagged for not responding within 24 Hours"

6. "Your listing(s) are de-activated"

7. After 48 hrs: If not accepted/declined, the booking gets auto-declined

8. "Request expired & payment voided"

Excluded from flagging listing after 24hrs: OwnerRez connected listings, Wonderful hosts.

Excluded from auto-decline after 48hrs: None.

Excluded from flagging and auto decline:

• Requests marked as Test with the message "This is a test request. Please ignore it."
