You can easily add a pet fee to your listing from the pricing settings. Follow the steps below.

You can change the minimum night requirement at: Menu > Manage Listings > Edit > Pricing > Rates & Fees Menu > Manage Listings > Edit > Pricing > Seasons if you have any seasons
