Need to stay in and relax, go right ahead! You will notice that each room will have its own unique personality and style. Please let us know which one is your favorite! There is one King bedroom, two Queen bedrooms, and one full bedroom, with closets and their own thermostats and AC. At your usage, there is an eat-in kitchen, sunroom (star room during the night), and a loft space with a convertible sofa and all of your entertainment needs. Enjoy the complimentary coffee and utilize the high-speed internet, internet TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, ESPN+, Hulu, Disney+), and various board/card games.
Dedicated workstations are available for any work from home professionals.
Access to the local community pool (closed for repairs) and lake for up to 6 guests upon request. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and/or even laying in the sand. Please let us know 4 days before your arrival.
A newly installed fire pit is available for your usage. Firewood is not provided.
A gas grill is available for your grilling needs.
The house comfortably sleeps 8 guests but can accommodate up to 9 guests. There will be an additional fee for any additional guests over 9 guests.

Upon arrival, please open the screen/storm door and look down to the left. The lockbox will be in a black bag. Remove the bag and enter the lockbox code. Please check your check-in message for the lockbox code. There will be a set of keys to open the front door. Once you have retrieved the keys, please close/scramble the code and place it back in the black bag. Friendly reminder to ensure the door is closed (and locked) before leaving the house.

- All guests MUST provide their FULL Names AND age. If this information is not provided at least 4 business days before the booking, the booking can be canceled with NO refund.
- All guests must have a VALID and WORKING phone number. If we try to contact you prior to your reservation, and no WORKING phone number is provided, the reservation can be terminated without a refund.
- This listing has a MAXIMUM occupancy of up to 9 (nine) guests at all times. Any number of guests above this will be subjected to additional guest fees and/or reported for trespassing.

- Check-in time is 4 PM
- Check-out time is 11 AM
-This is a SELF-CHECKIN house. All guests acknowledge that they have read and understood the instructions in the HOUSE MANUAL.
- Due to guests’ departure and arrival on the same day, we usually do not accommodate early check-in or late checkout, however, if our cleaning staff are able to accommodate, there is a fee of $25 an hour (so for 2-hour early check-in, it would be a fee of $50.) This ensures our staff is compensated for making the impossible possible.
- Unapproved Late Check-Out after 11 AM will be $50 until 12 PM. After 12 PM, the guest will be responsible for paying the non-discounted daily base rate for that night as a penalty. This penalty is NOT payment for additional accommodations and does NOT award you possession for an additional day. If unauthorized late checkout results in delay or cancellation of the next guest’s check-in, the guest will be responsible for full compensation for the next guest's reservation.
- Quiet hours are after 10 PM
- NO parties within the home or on the premises. Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A violation of this house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. If there is a disturbance with more than the Maximum occupancy of the listing, a $25 per guest fine will be charged for each guest beyond the Maximum listed occupancy for the property.
- No shoes in the house
- Any furniture in the unit is NOT to be re-arranged
- There is NO smoking of any kind. Smoking of any kind leaves the home in a condition that is unsuitable for the next guest and violates building rules as well therefore, is STRICTLY prohibited.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- NO fireworks are allowed. Guests will be charged a $500 fine.
- Guests understand that damaged or missing items will be billed to the guest for the replacement value of items. These issues will be reported to the proper authorities.
-At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee of $90 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
-Guests will be charged for:
1) Loss of keys ($50)
2) Smoking ($200/day)
3) Pets ($200/day)
4) All cleaning in supplement of basic cleaning ($90)
5) NO guests will be allowed in the apartment that are NOT on the original reservation ($25 per additional guest per day)
6) Unapproved Late Check-Out after 11 AM will be $50 until 12 PM. After 12 PM, the guest will be responsible for paying the non-discounted daily base rate for that night as a penalty. This penalty is NOT payment for additional accommodations and does NOT award you possession for an additional day. 7) Noise levels must be kept at a level respectful of other residents in the neighborhood. At high noise levels, guests will be warned once to adjust noise levels accordingly. If another noise level violation occurs, the reservation will be terminated without a refund. If high noise levels are detected during QUIET HOURS, a noise complaint could be filed by our neighbors which will result in immediate termination without refund. After the second warning for breaking house rules, the local authorities will be called.
-If the guest decides NOT to follow any one of our house rules, which triggers a refund/discount to the next guest, ALL guests will be responsible for any loss of income by the host.
- ALL guests who book must follow all terms of the house rules and follow all community policies listed inside the apartment or on the property.
- Any guest who violates any portion of these house rules will be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Violations will serve as grounds for immediate removal from property.
-ALL guests agree to be booking in goodwill and agree that they will not attempt to damage the property or the host, in ANY way, because they are dissatisfied with a ruling by the host in the event that a violation of the house rules occurs. ANY guest that attempts to damage the property of the Host, in ANY way, WILL be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
-If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property including but not limited to cleanliness, amenities, etc, upon addressing this complaint to us, you are authorizing us to enter the property to fix the issue, repair the apartment, or clean the apartment up to the standards that you require. We DO NOT need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable that needs remedy.
- By booking this property you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.
- The Host of the property does not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage, or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property.
