Fallbrook vacation rentals

Me, my husband and our 1.5yr old had a great time at Morning Song Farms! We stayed in the newest rental (there are 2 others) and it was perfect for our family of 3. There weren't many pictures posted of the inside of the cottage so we weren't sure exactly what to expect. The main room had a small sofa (that converts to a bed if needed), a dining table for 2 and a small but functional kitchen. The fridge was stocked with farm fresh eggs, organic veggies, plus butter cream and cream cheese. Fresh fruit from their trees were also left for us to enjoy. The bedroom had amazing views of a valley and a very comfortable bed. Our daughters portable crib fit with room to spare. Donna our host was fantastic. We needed more coffee and she had it brought down right away, same for when we needed oil to cook the vegetables! Anything you need I'm sure she has available and will provide it if asked. She was a great host and gave us as much space as we needed, but also responded quickly if we needed her for anything. We had a wonderful time visiting with the animals. Our daughter loved the goats, and we had a great time feeding the chickens and alpacas. At night it was so nice to relax in the hot tub and stargaze on the private deck outside. We would definitely consider coming back for another trip.

My girlfriend and I had a great time at Morning Song Farm. Their "Romantic Getaway" was just that. I love to cook, so the kitchen was a bonus for us, especially the vintage stove. The place was super clean and nice. I was surprised at the amount of organic produce they included in the price. What really made a huge difference to us was that we got an extensive local's guidebook that the owner created, of things to do sent to me when I placed the reservation and we were able to figure out ahead of time what to do and where to go. We stayed busy and then came home to relax under the stars in the hottub each evening. Even though it's only an hour or so from downtown San Diego, it feels like you're in a different world. We'll be back!

Our family (parents, me and husband, 5 year old daughter) had such a great time staying on morning song farm! From the beginning, Donna was very thoughtful to send us tons of useful information to help us plan for the entire trip (where to go, what to do, etc) and it was information I wasn't able to find on most travel sites I use (say tripadvisor). Then they waited for us to arrive after dark, and sure enough, we got lost:p really appreciated that they stayed on the line with us and even came out to look for us. The bungalow was nice and cozy, had interesting decorations and the fresh produce stocked in the frig was tasty! But the highlight for us was the animals on the farm-- my daughter visited 'her chickens and chicks' in the backyard several times a day, and we fed goats with Lance once (exciting to say the least), had the alpacas greet us every time we drove in or out of the farm, and we enjoyed trying to spot the llama in the late afternoons. Oh, the stars were amazing too. Overall, it was so different from where we came from and so much fun! We will surely be back~~

We had a fantastic stay at Cory's house. The large living room/dining room/kitchen/great room has the perfect open, comfortable and relaxing space to spend time with your friends or family. It even has a shuffle board that was lots of fun! The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed and outstanding water pressure in the shower. The second bedroom can sleep 3 easily if you take advantage of the trundle bed. Guest bathroom has plenty of counter space and a great shower with super water pressure. The game room downstairs has foosball, a pool table, and an air hockey table. We spent lots of time having pool tournaments with our adult children. The outdoor space was invititng with a lounge area and firepit and a large dining room table. Hot tub has a great view and privacy. You are surrounded by avocado and lemon trees. The whole property is an ideal welcoming space that feels lived in yet very special. Cory is attentive and you can feel his efforts to make your stay exactly as expected!

Our family (my husband baby and I) absolutely love Morning Song Farms. It is a hidden SoCal gem and we have gone three times now in the past year and can't wait to go back. Each room is decorated so uniquely and many have some beautiful Mosaic art done by Donna, the owner and farmer. We also love seeing the Alpacas, soaking in the hot tub and waking up to the quiet and beautiful views of the farm and sunrise/ sunset. We can't wait to be back!!!! Such a relaxing, special getaway.

We greatly enjoyed the stay at the cozy and comfortable environment of the house. The welcome basket was a big surprise with lots of snacks and a welcome card. It is so thoughtful for the details of the house instructions as well. We certainly recommend to others to choose here and consider visiting the area. Very convenient to local restaurants with just few minutes drive to Fallbrook downtown. Excellent layout with the extra small kitchen at downstairs together with the den where the sofa bed can easily fit two person with good privacy.

Mike was great. He was on the property in a separate unit from the house. We had my sister's bachelorette get together, so Mike was patient with the multiple cars on the driveway. The property was remote and gorgeous and huge - so his instructions on how to drive there was very helpful, especially since GoogleMaps sometimes routes you to an unpaved, gated road. There was plenty of space and sleeping arrangements with several couches in every room, sometimes in the most unexpected of places. While the lower levels of the backyard were not landscaped, we spent time on the sunny back patio and hung out as well as in the kitchen and dining room. With 10 girls, it was important that there was always a bathroom free and that we pretty much all got our own beds. Mike had a rice cooker (important for the Asians in our group), an induction glass top stove that took us a minute to figure out, and an ice maker / water filter in the fridge. He provided coffee and sugar, but we couldn't figure out if the other container was creamer or not. There was a toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, sandwich press thing, and plenty of glasses. The two heaters were key as it was a bit chilly in the evenings, and there was plenty of extra sheets in the master bedroom closet. We didn't really try the TVs / Netflix. We were want for not. If you need a blender, you should bring that. Thanks for a great stay, Mike!
