We really enjoyed our stay at Scenic Paradise. San was an excellent & very responsive host. Everything was clean (esp the bathrooms!), the living room was cozy and homey, the bedrooms comfortable, and THE VIEWS WERE BREATHTAKING! Each outdoor deck had different perspectives, and everywhere you stood or sat, there was a nice view. We went on a week that was sunny, cloudy, and rainy, so we got to see the Great Smokeys' various moods --eerily foggy in the early morning, crisp and clear as the day progressed, ominous at sunset. The top deck view was the best--just GORGEOUS! It seemed like the cabin was more elevated than the neighboring houses, private and peaceful; but it did not feel too remote as there are convenient stores close by (maybe 10mins away). The kids' faves were the hot tub and game room (which was their HQ). Oh, you may get a visit or two from a young bear; we were thrilled to encounter it twice but very careful. All in all a memorable vacation. We will visit again. - R&L

Beautiful, clean home! Beautiful views! We loved the Christmas music playing when we arrive. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. Will definitely rent again if in the area!

Loved the access to the River with fishing and tubing. The location was quiet and really nice. Ron & Kathy’s home was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and we had the most incredible stay. The view from the balcony was spectacular and breathtaking. It was the highlight of our morning coffee time. The cabin was so beautifully decorated that we did not want to leave. The place couldn't have been more perfect as far as location to the parkway/strip area! This Airbnb was everything as described and more! The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable, and you could tell every detail had been thoughtfully considered for guest comfort. We highly, highly recommend Ron & Kathy’s home. They were extremely attentive and responsive hosts, always responded promptly and was very helpful with our inquiries prior to arriving. We LOVED our time and we’ve already decided that when we return to Gatlinburg, this is where we will definitely stay.

Words can not describe this cabin. Lots room for everyone, very well stocked with supplies and was very clean. This was an amazing location up in the hills and the views were breath taking. Loved the hot tub and both decks. Nice to be able grill outside and plenty table space and seating. Booking was easy and refund for damage deposit was returned quickly. Highly recommend. Thanks for allowing your home to be ours during our stay. Loved it.

What a wonderful place! An heavenly experience. Surpluses all our expectations. The pictures of the profile are good but the contextual grandeur is missing - which only can be experienced if you are at the place. The place was immaculately decorated and cleaned with every little & big things of home-away-home staying had been taken care of. The surrounding beauty of the place is heavenly. Every hour the skyline and mountain ranges change it's beauty. Even the nights were as starry as possible. We ere 6 families with ages from 6 to 60. Everyone enjoyed up to the brim and there are some fun things to do for everyone (video games, pool table, BBQ, Star watching, bonfire, bear watching, hot-tub, jet-tub, big-screen movie time or simply rocking in the gigantic balconies - gazing the sky, mountains). Its so spacious we could invite couple of more families. We have clicked millions photos, videos', time-lapse. The most fun was bear - we were so lucky to see a giant bear roaming around in the backyard and almost gave a selfie pose. (check the insta-posts with handle wanderlust_ss). Is there any Con - nah! if you planned well. The place is very secluded - no data or phone signal but great wi-fi. Hence download all the maps as offline. Bring every food/drinks etc. whatever you need for your stay. Don't waste time for a grocery trip etc. The host Markus was super helpful - always available & proactive to make your vacation a memorable one and keep you engaged weeks before. We went for a waterfall trail, Cades Cove, Downtown Gatlinburg, moonshine tastings etc.

A week before our trip, our vacation to the Rocky Mountains was canceled due to issues with Spirit Airlines. Instead of staying home, my girlfriend and I decided to drive to the Smoky Mountains and had to find a place fast. We booked this condo, and it completely turned things around. It’s super clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (just bring food), and the coffee bar with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate was a great touch. But the highlight was the balcony. The view of the mountains was absolutely stunning. Waking up to that every morning made the entire trip special. It was so nice that my girlfriend and I ended up sleeping in the bed by the balcony instead of the bedroom just to take it all in. Brian was also an incredible host, responsive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Thank you Brian for making our stay such a great experience. At this point, I honestly don’t see myself staying anywhere else when I’m in the Smokies!

Cloud Dancer was the perfect getaway vacation for a family that needed peace and serenity from the hustle and bustle world. It is perfectly located close enough to downtown Gatlinburg to easily enjoy all it had to offer, yet far enough away to allow us quiet and privacy to unwind. The entire cabin is beautiful from top to bottom, inside and out. All the accommodations and household supplies that were made available made our week easy and stress free. The owners, Chris and Sarah, made themselves available, by phone or text, at any time, to address any issues that might arise. The view was nothing less than spectacular and made for calm morning sunrises with a cup of coffee and relaxing moonlit nights with a drink with “a taste of Tennessee spirit” mixed in. The reasonable cost of the rental made our decision to chose this cabin easy and was a no-brainer. It was not at all overpriced and was worth ten times every penny of the cost. And then there’s the bears! If you are a nature and wildlife lover, you are guaranteed to get up close and personal (yet still safe) with the “local inhabitants”. The black bears came to visit us every day. They were hospitable and non-threatening and made our stay that much more memorable. The only way I could give someone reason not to make Cloud Dancer their vacation home for a week would be because it would make my attempts in the future that much harder to book it for myself, which I fully plan to do.
