# Key will secure the front door upon leaving. Please lock the back door from inside.

TrailSide premises are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras for security reasons. The cameras will not capture any images of the interior of the house. They are only for surveillance of parking areas in areas of public view.

📷Kitchen

Help yourselves to any dishes, utensils, spices & condiments. Please be sure wash anything used and return to cupboards

📷Living Room

Remote is located on TV stand and controls all TV access.

📷Outdoor

We sure hope you find our outdoor space to be a fun and relaxing area. The back patio includes an electric grill for your convenience that can be easily removed from the stand for easy washing after use.

Along the entry gate there is also a bike wash along with soaps and brushes to clean your beloved gear.

📷Smoking

Please do not smoke on the property.

📷Towels

Bath towels can be found in each bedroom closet. When you depart please place dirty towels into washing machine, add soap and start wash on HOT water.

📷Parking

Parking is in the driveway to the left side of the house as well as street parking in front of house. Please do not block neighbor driveways.

📷Heating & Air Conditioning

The property has Heating and Air Conditioning, please feel free to use it when necessary – you can find the switch that turns it on in entrance hallway

📷Trash / Recycling

Trash bins are located on the left side of house near driveway.

Checkout time is 10am

Checking Out:

Please gather all trash and place in trash bin near driveway.

Have all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the machine.

Place dirty towels in washer, add soap and start machine

with HOT water.
