Their rooms are clean, modern and well appointed for a very comfortable stay at a great location within walking distance to great shopping, dining and recreation. We return year after year to enjoy the comfort they provide.

Welcome from Sally & Andrew

As hands-on owners operating boutique vacation properties for over 25 years, our journey has always been about one thing: creating your ideal, worry-free destination stay. We genuinely put our hearts into making your vacation personal, seamless, and memorable.

When you book with us, you are dealing directly with us—not a distant corporate management agency juggling dozens of units. That single-property focus means all our passion, care, and attention go directly into our Key Largo home. It’s why our returning guests consistently describe their experience as clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and excellent value.

About Your Hosts
Sally is an accountant, and Andrew manages our property portfolio following a career in port operations, logistics, and property development. Andrew is also an Oil Painter and hopefully you'll enjoy some of the artworks during your stay. Operating as hands-on owners, our philosophy is straightforward: provide exceptional standards, transparent communication, and genuine hospitality. Together with our wonderful local housekeeper, Lupita, we ensure the condo is pristine and fully prepared for your arrival.

We take maintenance and cleanliness seriously so you can focus entirely on relaxing:

Deep Clean Standards: Our housekeeping team follows a comprehensive multi-point checklist between every stay.

Proactive Upkeep: Major systems, including central A/C, are covered under professional preventative maintenance contracts.

Continuous Upgrades: We regularly refresh and replace fixtures, appliances, and furnishings to keep the home in peak condition.
