Tiki House Pensacola Beach Rules to Know

Before renting, you should know the basics. This doesn't cover everything, just the highlights. If you want to see the full Rental Agreement or want to know if it is allowed, just ask. We answer a lot in our FAQ.

RENTAL RULES - not a complete list

1) Show common courtesy to residents and others.

2) Follow all posted rules and published state and county ordinances.

3) No unattended children.

4) Don’t leave personal or Property items, trash, towels or chairs at the beach overnight or unattended.

5) Quiet time and noise ordinances are in effect from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. daily.

6) Walk to the beach by gates, footpaths and walkways provided. Do not climb on the fence, dunes or sea oats.

7) Do not climb on the roof, deck railings, or outside of spiral stair at any time.

8) Do not move or use any indoor furniture outside, including quilts, pillows, or bath linens.

9) Park all cars in drive only, not grass. Police will ticket cars adjacent to/ within 30 ft. of any signs or intersection.

10) No unapproved parties or events. Approved events will not exceed 30 persons without written permission.

11) No subletting of property by Guest at any time. Guest must be in residence during the entire rental period.

12) A/C and heat is for use with doors closed only. The system will shut-off to avoid damage.

13) No candles, grills, fire pits or other open flames inside house, garage, on deck or in yard.

14) No hazardous, illegal, damaging or dangerous materials or behaviors.

15) No nudity, lewd, or indecent behavior in outdoor areas. They are within public view and are not private.

16) All private/locked areas of Property, including breaker boxes, are off-limits to guests. Breaking or entering will result in report to authorities and pressing of charges.
