Standing here at the end of Panama City Beach, looking to the west, it isn't hard to understand the appeal of Celadon Beach Resort. It's the last of the high-rise condos on the beach. It shares what every other condo has in Panama City Beach; white sugar sand, crystal clear water, magical sunsets, and miles upon miles of endless beach views.
