These Tasty Mexican Quesadillas are the perfect, family friendly recipe. Pan fried flour tortillas filled with refried beans, jalapenos, charred sweet corn, corrianda and cheese served with sour cream and salsa. Our smokey , apple,cracked pepper and lemon glazed ribs certainly hits the spot and under ten euros too !!!
