Parks & Nature

Eden Gardens State Park
Eden Garden State Park contains approximately 163 acres of unspoiled moss-draped live oaks, long-leaf pine and cypress trees. Situated on the property is the Wesley House, once home of William Henry Wesley. Surrounding the property are expertly maintained ornamental gardens with a reflection and Koi pond that blooms year round. Wesley House Tours: Guided tours are available Thursday-Monday, 10 am to 3 pm. A nominal fee is charged Garden Trail: Complimentary trail guides are located at the Fig Leaf Shop. The trail winds around the edge of the property and highlights areas such as the rose garden, butterfly and camellia garden. Picnic, fish and relax by the Tucker Bayou.

Grayton Beach State Park
Grayton Beach provides an idyllic setting for swimming, sunbathing, surf and fishing. The nearly 2,000-acre park features a boat ramp on scenic Western Lake where visitors can fish, paddle a canoe, paddle board or kayak on scenic Western Lake. A nature trail winds through a coastal forest with more than four (4) miles of trails. Located 783 ft. from the beach is the Turtle Snorkel Reef consisting of 58 EcoSystem. The reef was deployed in 2015 shaped as a turtle. A great place to view reefs and the local ecosystem.

Deer Lake State Park
A freshwater coastal dune lake located 800 yards from La Belle Mer. This lake is nestled among high, picturesque dunes with direct beach Gulf access. A picnic pavilion and a self-composting toilet is available as well.

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park Gregory E. Moore RV Resort
Located on the western end of 30A, this park has over 1,600 acres, over 10 miles of hiking and biking trails with coastal dune lakes and direct beach access.

Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club
A variety of tees offers something for every skill level. Wind through complex dunes within a few hundred feet of the Gulf of Mexico. The course as been referred to as the 'Purest Golf in the Florida Pandhandle'

Baytowne Golf Club
Designed by Tom Jackson, the course extends from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay offering amazing views. Honored by Golf Digest as "one of the "Best Places to Play"

If you’re into fishing, then we recommend Captain Phil’s Charters that departs out of Grayton Beach. Captain Phil by far is our favorite as he’s incredibly knowable and attentive to individuals of varying skills and age. www.captphilscharters.com.
