I'm a native Houstonian who moved to Chicago, Orlando, and Los Angeles before returning to Houston.   I live in Houston with my husband,  two kids, and dog.  

Traveling and exploring new places is my one my favorite pastimes.   I have visited 23 National Parks in the last 7 years and I would struggle to name a favorite because they were all amazing!   

I am an avid knitter and quilter.   I love exploring with color while creating.   

Growing up I spent a week at the beach every summer.   I love the smell of the salt air, the view of the water, and the sounds of the surf and seagulls.   I know you will  find Casita Azul a welcome escape from the everyday just as I do.
