The reason for late checkout is to allow time to Wash sheets /Towels. Dry them and return them to the bedrooms and bathrooms and to remake all beds including the sofa bed so they look nice for the next guest. Please do not just toss the comforter up and throw the pillows on the bed. Do Not Leave Anything In the Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher, doing so you agree to be charged a $100 additional cleaning fee.

*Each bedroom has a second set of sheets located on the top shelf of the closets. Please take the dirty sheets off the beds, put the second set of sheets on the bed. When you arrived the bed were made with clean linens, so please make the beds up very nicely with the sheets located in the top shelf of the closets. We have found it easier to put the extra sheets on the beds as soon as you remove the dirty ones. While they are washing (on (short cycle) and drying, you can be packing up. After drying the sheets do not leave them in the dryer, please return them to the correct bedroom closets. If not the housekeeper bills me $100 to be paid from your deposit.
* Do not leave anything in the washer or dryers as stated in your contract.
* Empty all trash from bathrooms/bedrooms/kitchen
* OWNER RENTERS - Leave the key along with the parking passes on the kitchen counter. The other key must be mailed back per contract unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If not a locksmith will have to rekey the locks and make new keys. Keys already mailed to other renters already will be inconvenient due to your mistake.

The housekeeper does not clean the oven, microwave, refrigerator messes or take out the trash or empty the dishwasher/washing machine/dryer. They do not do laundry, make the beds or change them, please see your contract. (If renting from the realtor please note: If sheets and towels are not washed and dried and returned to the closets and bathrooms, and not remaking the beds, you SHALL Incur A $100.00 Linen SERVICE FEE. THIS FEE SHALL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREFIT CARD.)

Noise and Non Emergency Police. 410-723-6610 Only Authorized Folks listed on the Contract are allowed in the Unit. No Exceptions. No guest.

SAND
*Please remove all sand from you and YOUR beach gear and towels
* Leave all beach gear in the outside storage Unit 404, do not bring them into the Unit. Bicycles are not allowed in the Unit.
* There is an outside shower located directly across from the pool and one at the front of our building, please rinse all sand from you before coming into the pool/elevator and our Unit.
* If you see folks coming into the pool with sand please speak up, we have had to replace 2 pool pumps and had to replace a washing machine twice.

Thermostat- Please do not lowered the air conditioner below 69. It will cause the Unit to ice up. If this happens, you will pay to for the repair.

Trash - You are responsible for removing The trash and taking it to the dumpster. The dumpster is located next to the building on 11th Street. Do not leave outside the door or by the elevator. The housekeeper does not do this. Do not put any paper products other than toilet paper in the toilet's. To include diapers, tissues, facial wipes, sanitary products, paper towels etc. If you backup the toilets there are plungers in each bathrooms. Quickly turn the water off and plunge. Any damages shall be your responsibly.

Check in 3:00 pm - Once occupied the rental, is deemed initially fully fit for rental and compliant with all legislation. Report within the first hour from check in time issues of concern, to the attention of the owner in writing by email/text with pictures and phone call. You are responsible to check the Unit over and to report all concerns. If not checking in till after 4pm, please let me know ahead of time.

No one is permitted in the unit that is not listed on the lease. Please be courteous to neighbors. When getting on and off the elevator please be respectful/quiet to others in their Units especially at night. There are a lot of owners who live year round and deserve to have their community respected.
