Sitting in the balcony of Moonrise you will see many boats making a wake to anchor at the very popular Tahiti Beach. This sandbar now has a floating bar named The Thirsty Cuda. The Mermaid Summer
+ The day began hot, humid and cloudy with the promise of thunderstorms in the afternoon which is common in late August. My heart was silently rejoicing in the clarity of water at high tide and the stillness of Moonrise beach as I floated peacefully in bliss. And THEN a head popped up.
