Zionab is ideally located in the heart of Utah's Grand Circle, nestled in a bedroom community just 2 miles from Kanab's charming downtown. The town itself boasts 35 eateries (only 4 are franchise chains), 2 grocery stores, a general merchandise store and dozens of unique, mom and pop owned retail shops including galleries, trading posts, outdoor outfitters and clothing stores. These conveniences plus hiking information, and tour booking, are all easily accessible within a 5 minute drive of Zionab.

Zionab's desire is to facilitate a holistic experience for travelers coming to this wild, spiritual, and otherworldy landscape. With an emphasis on outdoor spaces, we hope you can continue to connect to this land even after your hiking and adventure days by lounging around the secluded patio furnished with cocktail seating and outdoor dining table. It is a perfect spot to enjoy the starry night skies. You might be surprised by deer passing through and birds, squirrels and rabbits conducting their daily routines as you watch with delight.

Step inside this spacious 1050 sqft. home where every element has been thoughtfully curated. From the custom built furniture pieces to the handpicked art, we hope this space facilitates a little disconnection from a faster paced life. Though, if you need to stay plugged in, our 1GB fiber internet will provide the speed you need on everything from conducting research on what hikes to take next, to streaming your favorite shows, to keeping up to speed on work obligations. Dedicated work spaces in each bedroom help facilitate a working vacation. You will also experience strong Verizon and AT&T signals in and around Kanab.

Each bedroom is equipped with king-sized, American made, hybrid pillow-top/coil spring, Winkbed brand mattresses and crisp, comfortable linens. Black-out shades and individual, remote controlled air conditioning/heating units aid in creating an environment that you can enjoy peaceful and deep sleep. Scent free cleaning appeals to sensitive pallets.

A 50 gallon, quick recovery hot water heater ensures that everyone can enjoy a long, hot shower at the end of the day's adventures. The two full bathrooms are stocked with numerous towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotions. An incidental basket is there for any forgotten needs.

We have tried to supply the home with everything you need in order to make your vacation stay as easy and comfortable as being in your own home. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining with a fully stocked and well equipped kitchen and BBQ. Appliances include an electric glass top stove, oven, fridge, freezer (with ice maker) and microwave though no dishwasher. Smaller appliances include toaster, crockpot, blender, food processor, and hand mixer. The wood cabinets and drawers are labeled and well stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, knives, numerous spices and more to comfortably cook your favorite recipes. Bring your mains, but our intention is for you to have every amenity you need to cook a restaurant quality meal. A drip coffee maker, electric water pot, and high end coffee, assorted teas are ready for your breakfast routine. The open floor plan of the dine in kitchen keeps you connected to others as you prep.

Cleanliness has always been a priority, but with the Pandemic, we take extra measures to ensure you arrive to a clean, sanitized home that is safe and comfortable. Again, this home does not have a dishwasher so dishes must be hand washed.

When you are ready to relax, a large flat screen TV with ROKU streams dozens of channels in the living room. We offer Amazon Prime Video as well as a variety of DVD's and an HDMI cable connection for entertainment streamed from your device through the fast 1GBps fiber optic WIFI. There are Red Box Rentals at both of the nearby grocery stores for newer releases.

To help you make the most of your vacation, we provide a large binder filled with information on the area's attractions, ammenities, and services along with tons of hiking maps to get you to all of those beautiful spots you want to visit! A variety of books related to the area are scattered throughout the home.

Kanab is surrounded by some of our nations most beautiful public land and is located on the “Grand Circle”. Day trips to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon National Park, Grand Staircase National Monument, Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, lake Powell / Glenn Canyon National Recreation area, numerous State parks are all less than 75 miles away. Beauty and adventure truly surround Zionab Vacation Homes on all sides. No matter which direction you go, North South East or West, the geological formations are varied and open for you to explore.

One other huge attraction to the area is Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, one of the largest, no-kill sanctuaries that houses dogs, cats, horses, pigs, rabbit, fowl and wild life. They provide tours and volunteer opportunities. Best Friends is situated in a beautiful canyon just 8 miles north of Kanab and is well worth a visit.
