Please DO NOT access the backyard please. Keep the sliding door closed and LOCKED at all times. You are at a guest house located in the same property as the main house. Guests staying at the house do not have access to the studio and guests at the studio do not have access to the backyard or the main house. Please do not open the sliding door that leads to the backyard of the main house without prior authorization from the owners. There are no shared spaces. No parties allowed No smoking or drugs. If we detect s’more inside the studio during cleaning the guest will be subject to additional $400 in cleaning fees. No illegal activities. Unauthorized pets are subject to an additional $300 cleaning fee. Maximum 3 guests. Unauthorized guests are subject to an additional $200 per guest. Long stays up to 27 nights are allowed but require a weekly cleaning ($100 a week) so that we can maintain the home and address any issues. Late checkout without prior approval will be assessed a $100 late checkout fee.
