The true added value is the large and delightful 40 sq m terrace, complete with table, chairs, armchairs and barbecue: ideal for enjoying peaceful evenings. From here you can appreciate a splendid view of the sea of Cala Marina and Mount Inici.
The flat, which can accommodate up to 6 persons, is about 80 m wide. It has two independent double bedrooms and a small room with a bunk bed (without windows). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a fridge with freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. Finally, there is a bathroom equipped with a WC and shower. The flat is spacious with very high ceilings and there are two independent entrances, one on the side of the villa from where you can admire the Castle of Castellammare del Golfo and another on the opposite side with access from the terrace.
The flat is 50 metres from the picturesque Cala Marina, where there is the Arab-Norman castle that gives the town its name. Thanks to the flat's central location, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and services such as the bank and post office are close by.
