This new construction home features all the modern conveniences of home with rustic mountain charm. This smart home provides keyless entry with codes changed after each guest for added safety. Reliable wifi throughout the home and smart TV's for you to stream your favorite movies and programming. YouTube TV provided. All beds feature highly rated memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials. There is a mess free electric fireplace in the living room. The outdoor covered pavilion has a wood burning fireplace (firewood not provided) perfect for making s'mores while listening to the sounds of the river. Located directly on one of the most popular areas of the Tuck for fly fishing. Pack your waders and fishing poles!
If you are looking for a home with a beautiful view without the winding, steep roads you often find in mountain areas, this is the place for you. While this home sits on a private lot with no adjacent neighbors, please be advised that there is road noise, especially during the day. We do provide white noise machines for those sensitive to noise. Please note that the loft bedroom is open to the living area below.
Parking available for 3 cars. Driveway incline not suitable for rear wheel drive. There is street parking across the street.
