This beautiful apartment is located close to everything downtown Memphis. Super-fast Wi-Fi and views of the River & Bridge. Bedroom has luxury Queen size bed with smart TV and lots of closet space. Kitchen has pots and pans and dishes for those who love to cook. Living room has a 50-inch Smart TV & fireplace. Included appliances full size washer & dryer, dishwasher, built in microwave, stove and full-size refrigerator. You will have access to your own parking space and there is an elevator for your pleasure.

You can catch the trolley or walk to Beale Street you are close to everything downtown. The river is located behind the property and within walking distance as well.

Methodist University, UTHSC, and The University of Tennessee Health Science Center are close by.

If you are trying to get close to the hospitals, we are close to St. Jude, Methodist & Regional One.

Within two miles only, you have destinations like Riverfront Park, the Wolf River Harbor, Beale Street Entertainment District, the Blues Hall of Fame, AutoZone Park, FedEx Forum, and the famous Orpheum Theatre.

In addition, a short drive will take you to the Memphis Museum of Science & History or to martin Luther King Jr Riverside Park for an afternoon out. Not to mention the exciting Memphis Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum, where you can attend inspiring exhibitions anytime.

There are noise monitors in place please don't bother neighbors, be respectful of others. You will be asked to leave if the noise monitors go off or if neighbors call us.
