The kitchen comes fully stocked with all essentials, plus a breakfast bar and dining table perfect for shared meals. A private balcony with a hammock and plants adds a tropical touch — perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening unwind.
The home also includes a modern bathroom, washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and everything you need for an effortless island stay.

Guests have full and private access to the entire unit, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and balcony.

Self check-in makes arrival simple and flexible. Free street parking is available nearby, and the home is within walking distance of some of San Juan’s best restaurants, local markets, and coffee spots — everything you need just steps away.

The backyard patio is not available for guest use. The main gate and outdoor shower are shared spaces with long-term tenants, but your private access is clearly defined and respected. The staircase leading to your unit and balcony is for your exclusive use.

You are also welcome to use the outdoor shower and to dispose of trash by placing it in the bins located below the balcony area.

For your arrival, I will send you two photos so you feel comfortable navigating the path from the lockbox to the main gate, and then from the gate to the staircase that leads directly to your private entrance and balcony.
