Owner lives on the property.The Eredità farmhouse dates back to the late 19th and early 20th century and is an authentic rural house. It has been renovated with care and attention to detail, using local stone and chestnut beams and terracotta bricks. It has three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms to ensure privacy and maximum comfort for guests. The furnishings are tasteful with family furniture, paintings on the walls, Vietri ceramics and Deruta lamps in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, pots and pans and fully functional appliances to make guests feel at home. The kitchen is open onto the living room furnished with table and chairs, sofa bed and ceramic wood stove. TV and air conditioning. Wifi with two lines: one inside and another covering the pool area.
My property is eco-sustainable: we have photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity, which partly covers the consumption of electricity; we also have a water descaling system that allows us to have soft water so as to reduce the consumption of soaps and detergents; a water chlorination system that makes it absolutely free of any residue that may be present. In addition, the entire house is built with stone and wood with low environmental impact, baked all around the pool, which in turn uses a diatomaceous earth filtering system (a rare filter due to its high cost) that limits the use of chlorine and chemicals to keep the water in optimal condition. Our guests do not have the annoying feeling of dry skin after using the pool. We have an irrigation system that allows watering with little water. Our window frames are double-glazed. Low-energy light bulbs everywhere. Condensation boiler. All rubbish is recycled: guests are kindly requested to separate waste. In the vegetable garden we tend our own plants of tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes and others that we give our guests as a welcome gift. Orte is a very ancient Etruscan town, very well connected with Rome by train station Orte Scalo, and an hour's drive from the most beautiful cities of Central Italy: Orvieto, Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia, Cascata delle Marmore, and all of Umbria; Tuscia and Viterbo and the Terme dei Papi, Tuscania, Tarquinia, Lake Bolsena, Trasimeno, Sutri, the necropolis of Veio; Tuscany with Arezzo, Cortona, Siena.... Information and advice from us owners always available to our guests; the always warm welcome, full availability, attention and kindness with which we deal with our guests is a characteristic of us. A holiday at Casale Eredità is also an opportunity for a special meeting: those who rent a house are undoubtedly open-minded and capable of adapting, of living new experiences.
The 6x12 m swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests, with a solarium of over 100 square metres furnished with deckchairs and table and chairs, and a large gazebo covered with flowering plants. Two beautiful century-old oak trees provide shade and create a very relaxing environment. Many English roses, perfumed plants, embellish the garden, which is personally tended by the owners. The property is surrounded by nature, with views of the hills of oak and olive trees.
