Welcome to Villa Mare, a beautiful 5-year old Italian style home with view of Carmel Mission, Carmel Bay, and Santa Lucia Mountains.

We accommodate 3 couples comfortably plus 1 single for 7 total. One bed is a single "sleigh" bed in the Hall, Middle Floor. In the listing it's called "Bedroom 4."

You'll enjoy large decks and modern facility, with an elevator. Located on a quiet road near Mission Trails Park...stroll into charming Carmel-by-the-Sea in minutes.

The space
The house is brand new from the ground up construction completed in 2018. You will have the run of the Main House with nooks and crannies where you can hole-up and relax, or use as your main base while you explore the beautiful Monterey Peninsula, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Big Sur, Carmel Valley, and more.

We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:
o We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
o We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
o We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
o We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
o We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

Guest access
Guests enter through a door with an electronic keypad. No key is needed.
Guests have full and private access to all the spaces shown in the photos.
