The restaurant and nearest shop are 3 km away and the village is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves as well as cycling and hiking trails. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and completely renovated in 2011 in the original Istrian style. It is located on its own, fully fenced 700 m² plot with manicured lawn, olive trees and aromatic herbs, a 24 m² saltwater pool, sun loungers and barbecue. The spacious covered terrace with outdoor dining area is perfect for family gatherings or relaxing with a glass of wine. A private covered car park for two vehicles is available.
Villa Casa Olga is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors, with a total area of 90 m2, and is ideal for 4-6 people. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with sofa bed and direct access to the outside area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and separate staircase, ensuring maximum privacy. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets and both rooms offer wonderful panoramic views.
This rustically furnished holiday home with pool is ideal for families with children or couples who want to spend their holiday in peace and quiet yet not far from the beach.
